Gary Kubic - Beaufort County Administrator

Beaufort County Administrator Gary Kubic has more than 29 years of experience in government administration and government finance.

Kubic was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University. He served as Administrator of Mahoning County, Ohio, from 1993 to 2003. Prior to his tenure with Mahoning County, he served the City of Youngstown for 18 years, including eight years as Finance Director.
